We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Deborah A. (Smith) Ware of Wayland, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Deborah is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Deborah's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert Borden Ware; her daughters, Susan L. Hartman (Steven) of Williston, VT. and Karen L. Reid of Oxford, MA.; her grandchildren, Samuel, Jessica, Erin and Caitlyn; and her siblings, Natalie Kase of Sleepy Hollow, N. Y. and Jay Smith of Beverly, MA..

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home (477 Washington St, Wellesley, MA 02482). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Deborah's memory to the Home For Little Wanderers 72 E. Dedham St. Boston, MA 02118.
