Debora Faye Milligan, age 71, of Tabor City, North Carolina, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026, in McLeod Loris Hospital.
Born on June 20, 1954, in Charlotte, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Eldred Frinly Milligan and Mona Faye Soles Milligan. Debora lived a quiet life surrounded by her family, sharing a close bond with her sisters and extended relatives.
She is survived by her two sisters, Jo Ann Neese of Tabor City, North Carolina, and Catherine Bogart of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; her aunt, LuRay Thompson; nephews Bradley Bogart, Chris Todd, and Jerry Todd; and nieces Sarah Hewett and Shannon Rowan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ray Blaine Milligan, and her niece, Sierra Neese. A memorial graveside service will be held at Porter Cemetery.
