Her brother, Glenn Tevault of Toms Brook. Her sister, Sissy Tevault of Strasburg; Her sister-in-law, Cathie Rollison and husband George of Roanoke, and her other sister-in-law, Lori Coe of St. Luke. She is also survived by her 1st husband and still great friend, Steve Ritenour of Woodstock. She leaves behind special nieces and nephews, many dear friends and countless brothers and sisters in Christ in the family of God.Deb had a very successful career in commercial real estate development. She got her start with Aileen in Shenandoah County. She then worked many years for Charter Oak Partners, owners of Factory Stores Outlet Centers based out of Tysons Corner, VA. She was eventually hired by Tanger Outlet Centers based out of Greensboro, NC, where she finished her career until retirement.Deb always loved beauty pageants and was once 1st runner up in a local Miss Virginia pageant. She also loved dancing and spent a season in her life as a semi-professional ballroom dancer. While she had many wonderful accomplishments in life, what stood out the most about her was the love she had for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. A love so strong, it touched everyone that came into her path. Her greatest joy on this earth was found in serving Him. That joy increased even more during the past 25 years in being able to faithfully serve God alongside her husband. The love she had for Chip, mirrored the love of God…unconditionally full of grace and strength. She was Chip's biggest fan, supporter and encourager… and together, they have lived out the calling of ministry on his life.Chip always said of Deb, that next to Jesus, she was the greatest gift that God had ever given him. There is no doubt when Deb was ushered through the gates of heaven, into the very presence of God, she clearly heard the words we all should long to hear, "Well done, good and faithful servant".The family will receive friends Friday night, March 20, 2026, from 6-8 p.m. at Heishman Funeral Home, 159 N.
