Mincey passed away Thursday, March 5, 2026.Mrs. Mincey was born in Greenville, SC, a daughter of the late Luther Harvey "L.H." and Esther Stevens Fowler. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Prior to retirement, she was employed by the Department of Health and Environmental Control. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Donnie Stevens, a brother in law, Graham Mincey, mother in law, Bernice Mincey, and father in law, Calvin Donnie "C.D." Mincey. Mrs. Mincey loved to travel, take care of others, eat her favorite food and go shopping. Her greatest honor during her life was being a wife, mother, sister, and friend.Surviving in addition to her husband of 40 years are: one daughter, Megan Mincey of Loris, SC; one brother, Gregg Fowler (Debra) of Loris, SC; sister in law, Hiawatha Griffith of Loris, SC; brother in law, Flint Mincey (Lynn) of Loris, SC; niece and nephews, Miracle Griffith, Nicholas Mincey (Libby), Neil Mincey, and Chris Mincey; a great nephew, Ty Mincey; and her special friends, Veronica, Donna, Gloria, Lori, and Amy,Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, March 9th 2026 from Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Clifford Strickland and Rev. David Watts officiating. Burial will follow in Princeville Cemetery.The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM Sunday, March 8th, 2026.Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
