He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean R. Morley and Mable Crutcher Morley of Lonoke, Arkansas.. He is survived by: his wife Marcia June Dodson Morley of Bloomfield; his sons, Dean Richards Morley IV (Susan) and David McLean Morley (Lori); his grandsons, Mathewson and Lance Morley; his stepgranddaughters, Cate and Sophia Eppley; and his brothers, Steve and Randy Morley.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the North Decatur Presbyterian Church (611 Medlock Rd, Decatur, GA 30033).
