David Young, age 74, of Lowmansville, passed away on Saturday morning, March 7, 2026, at Paintsville ARH Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 20, 1951, in Paintsville, Kentucky, to the late Hershel and Sudie Baldwin Young.
David spent his life in the hills of Eastern Kentucky, where he was known for his quiet strength and steady presence. He is survived by his two brothers, Dugan Young and Danny Young, along with a host of extended family who will remember him fondly.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at the Murray Family Cemetery in Lowmansville, with burial to follow.
