He is survived by: his wife Hilda Pauline Goodlett Withers; his son Mark Withers of Frankfort, Kentucky; his grandsons, Dillon and Tyler Withers; and his brother Richard Withers of New Mexico.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home (701 N Main St, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
