DAVID RUDOLPH FARMER, 67, of St. Albans, West Virginia, passed away March 15, 2026. A tribute to the life of David will be held 1 p.m., on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Highlawn Baptist Church, St. Albans, WV. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park.
