David R. Johnson, age 81, of Loganville, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026. A master carpenter and U.S. Army veteran, David lived a life defined by quiet skill, steady hands, and deep devotion to his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, W.E. and Willie (Clotfelter) Johnson, and by his loving wife, Jo Johnson, in 2025.
David is survived by his children, Beth and John Warren of Loganville, Andy Johnson of Loganville, Abbie and Cain Hendrix of Loganville, Jody Johnson of Social Circle, and Amanda and Daniel Korpi of Loganville; 16 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; his sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Darrell Henderson of Conyers; and many nieces and nephews.
