David P. Eshelman, 82, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away on March 11, 2026, at Morrow Manor in Chesterville. Born on December 16, 1943, in Mount Vernon, he was the son of the late Edward H. and Rose C. (Hamall) Eshelman.
A 1962 graduate of Fredericktown High School, David spent his working years at several local manufacturers, including Flexble, Cooper Bessemer, and Jeld-Wen. He was a former member of the Colonial City Moose Lodge #2555.
He is survived by extended family and friends. In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his brother, Stanley Eshelman.
A private burial will be observed.
