David Lee Lamb, Sr

David Lee Lamb, Sr. of Etowah, Tennessee passed away on March 13, 2026 at his residence after a long illness. He was 76.

Born on October 28, 1949 in Bloomington, Illinois to the late Wilbert and Reva Gifford Lamb, David served in the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged. He worked in the construction industry for more than thirty years. Those who knew him remember his steadfast willingness to support his friends whenever they needed him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Cathy Jo Sims, and a brother, Kenneth Lamb.

David is survived by his wife, Mary Lamb; a daughter, Tammy Lee Rose; a son, David Lee Lamb, Jr.; brothers Arnold, Richard, Jerry, and Darrell Lamb; and sisters Jane Ann Long, Rebecca Mardis, and Susie Lamb. He was dearly loved by his family and friends.
