David L. Havens, 72, of Montour Falls, New York, passed away on February 28, 2026, at Corning Hospital. Born in Montour Falls on March 12, 1953, he was the son of the late Earl M. and Lena A. (Shaffer) Havens.
David found great joy in hunting, fishing, and tending to his flower garden. Above all, he cherished the quiet, steady moments spent with his family.
He is survived by his sister, Joyce Havens, and his niece, Keri. David was predeceased by his parents and his brothers, Douglas and Thomas Havens. In keeping with his wishes, there were no services.
