David Jude Dupont

David “Dave” Jude Dupont was born on June 27, 1942, in Santa Monica, CA, and died on March 3, 2026, in Bellingham, WA.

His parents, Jude and Janet Dupont, moved to Bellingham when he was a child. Dave grew up in Fairhaven, the oldest of six children, and he graduated from Bellingham High School in 1960. Dave retired from the Bellingham Georgia Pacific pulp mill after thirty-three years of employment.

He is survived by his three daughters, Kerie (Rick) Teeples, Jeannie (Eric) Beach, and Susanna Dupont; four grandchildren, Whitney, Austin, Molly and Madeleine; two great-grandchildren, Addison and Huxley; brother, Jim (Patty); and sisters Lois and Judy (Del).

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Lee and Ronnie.

Dave loved the outdoors. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, boater and gardener. He was known for his warm humor and easygoing personality. He was a sociable man with a circle of lifelong friends. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
