David John Fink

Military graveside services for David John Fink, 79, of Grandview, Texas will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas.

David John Fink passed away on Monday, March 3, 2026, at his home in Grandview, Texas. He was born on August 19, 1946 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Clarence and Dolores (Beckman) Fink.

David served his country proudly in the United States Army during the Vietnam war and was a 30-year employee at UT Arlington as an electrical engineer before retiring. He operated the original Diamond Vision Board at Ranger Stadium and enjoyed motorcycles and woodworking. He was active in the Boy Scouts as a Scout Master and was a shade tree mechanic. David was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife of 59 years, Elaine Fink on February 5, 2026.

David is survived by his son, Scott Fink; daughter, Christine Huse and husband Damon; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brothers, Mike Fink and Thomas Fink; sisters, Sandra Fink and Sherry Fink; several other extended family and many friends.
