St. Pierre, age 97, a longtime resident of Dracut, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2026, with his loving family by his side. He was the husband of the late Jeanne M. (Lupien) St. Pierre who passed in 2022.He was born in Dracut, on January 26, 1929, and was a son of the late Thomas and Sarah (Bussiere) St. Pierre.David was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War, having served from 1951 until his honorable discharge in 1953. He was awarded the Korean Service Medal with two Bronze Service stars and the UN Service Medal.He was a heavy machine operator and worked in the area for many years on numerous construction sites.David enjoyed working, snowmobiling, camping in Vermont and spending time with his family.He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Dottie St. Pierre; a daughter and son-in-law, AnneMarie and Michael Pacheco; two granddaughters, Sarah and Candace Pacheco; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Rudolph and Roland St. Pierre.There will be no visiting hours. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Friday, March 20, at 10 a.m. at Ste. Marguerite D'Youville Parish, 1340 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut. Committal services will follow in Gibson Cemetery, Pelham, NH.
