It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Gray of Manchester, Kentucky, who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Gray to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Gray and Effie Mills Gray; and his siblings, Earl (Jewell Gray), Veda (A. D. Smallwood), Anna Lee Dezarn and Sheryl Dezarn.

He is survived by: his wife Thelma Smallwood Gray of Manchester, KY.; and his siblings, Arnold Gray (Geraldine) and Doris Mitchell (Carl). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Britton Funeral Home (27 Old Hwy 421, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
