He was predeceased by: his mother Jocelyn Cunliffe. He is survived by: his wife Ava Crockett; his children, Jonathan Crockett and Pamela Van Nostrand; his son-in-law Ryan Van Nostrand; and his granddaughters, Emilia, Tegan and Addison Van Nostrand.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home (64 Ashford Ave, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
