Hewas born August 28, 1962 in Evansville, IN. He grew up in such exotic places as Japanand Hawaii as the child of a US Navy Veteran. After graduating high school in 1980, hejoined the Navy and served for four years as an avionic technician aboard the USSAmerica aircraft carrier. After returning to Evansville, he earned a degree in ComputerScience from Lockyear College. After a few years working IT jobs, he spent 10 years inthe trucking industry. We enjoyed many of his hilarious "stories from the road". He wasalso an ordained minister for the Universal Life Church and performed weddingceremonies for family and friends. He loved his pets, gadgets, photography, astronomyand science fiction. He was sweet, funny guy and his hugs and humor will be greatlymissed.Surviving is his beloved wife Terry Worley, mother Elizabeth Walker, father DavidWorley, Sr., sister Jeannie Worley, sister Susan Cassidy, brother Steven Worley, step-sister Kathy Miskimen, step children Cheryl McDaniel, Jason Royalty, Mark Petersonand Nancy Royalty, step grandchildren Niece McDaniel and Charlie McDaniel andseveral nieces and nephews.A celebration of Dave's life will be planned for a later date.To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of David, please visit our floral store.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
