He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ferch and Gladys Ferch (Gifford); and his sister Marlys Menefee. He is survived by: his wife Sharon J. Ferch; his children, Debbie Freed (Brian), Cheryl Solt (Peter), Toni Ferch (John Seekamp) and Peter Ferch; and his grandchildren, April Solt and Dwayne Solt.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Riverwood Covenant Church (7189 69th Ave N, Rockford, MN 55373). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
