David Allan Stillions

David Allan Stillions, 75, of Carthage, Missouri, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026, at Maple Tree Terrace Assisted Living. He was born on June 22, 1950, in Pineville, Missouri, the son of the late Calvin Stillions and Cherry (Brock) Stillions.

A proud graduate of Goodman High School in 1968, David went on to earn an associate degree from Crowder College. He spent his career as a respected foreman for Friesen Construction, where his dedication and work ethic helped shape the community while forging strong bonds with those around him.

He is survived by his children, Benjamin Stillions of Joplin, Missouri, Rachel Parker (Kent) of Carthage, Missouri, and Nathan Stillions of Shell Knob, Missouri; his sister, Deborah Townsend of Goodman, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Jocelyn Fischer, Landon Parker, Kenzie Parker, Gabriella Alberty, and Ivanna Stillions. He was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Stillions.

David will be remembered as the family’s go-to person who could fix anything and was always ready to lend a helping hand. His generous spirit, easy smile, and deep love for his family touched everyone who knew him. His values of friendship, generosity, and hard work left a lasting impression on all whose lives he touched.
