While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.

He is survived by: his parents, William Fina and Shirley Atkins Fina; his children, Kristopher Fina of Clintondale and Madison Fina of Poughkeepsie; his brothers, Darrel Fina of Clintondale and Donald Fina (Jennifer) of Highland; and his niece Genevieve Fina of New Paltz.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the New Paltz Elks Lodge #2568 (290 NY-32 S, New Paltz, NY 12561).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Diabetes Association or American Red Cross.
