It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Thompson of Ohatchee, Alabama, who passed away on March 6, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Darlene's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. She is survived by: her husband Jamie Thompson; her children, Melissa Thompson of Knoxville and Jason Thompson (Holly) of Alpine, Alabama.; her grandchildren, Kasey Humphrey (Charlie), Kobe Eady, Koley Thompson and Jaxon Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Brayleigh, Olivia and Chase Humphrey.

A committal service will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Anniston Memorial Gardens (4000 US-431, Anniston, AL 36206).
