Darla Faye Martin

Darla Faye Martin of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away on March 13, 2026, at the age of 70. Born on January 17, 1956, in Glendale, Arizona, she was the daughter of Col. Jack and Juanita Kelly Denton. Darla spent much of her career as a public relations manager for Centurytel. She made her home in Mountain Home for the past twenty years after moving from Conway, Arkansas. Above all, she cherished her family and held a special love for her cats.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Kelly (Paul) Bedard of Maumelle, Arkansas; granddaughter, Madison Tucker; grandson, Chase Bedard; and her dear friend and caregiver, Susan Buczkowicz. Darla was preceded in death by her parents, Col. Jack and Juanita Marinelle Denton; her husband, Doug Martin; and her brother, Robert Denton.
