He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Jimenez and Tomasita Jimenez; and his siblings, Maria Garcia, Julia Muñoz, Tomasita Garcia, Adela Soto, Juan Jimenez and Antonio Jimenez, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Lydia Jimenez of Rivera, Texas; his daughters, Hilda J. Martinez (Daniel) of Big Spring, Velma Jimenez of Riviera and Patricia J. Caballero (Amador) of Calallen, Texas; his stepson David Jimenez (Jessica) of Tivoli, Texas.; his grandchildren, Tomas Lee, Miranda, Brianna, Mark, Joseph, Andrea, Amador Jr. "AJ", Adrian, Aaron, Justin David and James Matthew; and his brothers, Raphael Jimenez (Eloisa) and Norberto Jimenez (Esmeralda). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home (230 E Ella Ave, Kingsville, TX 78363). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
