Dannette Thir

Dannette Thir, 59, of North Versailles, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026. Born on February 7, 1967, she was the heart of her family, a loving mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness, warmth, and unwavering devotion touched everyone around her. Her home was always open and her table always welcoming, and she had a remarkable gift for bringing people together and making every gathering feel special simply because she was there.

She found joy in life’s simple beauties, tending her garden where flowers bloomed under her gentle care and hummingbirds often visited. She cherished quiet summer evenings spent sitting by the fire and watching fireworks light up the sky, moments that never failed to fill her with delight. Dannette also gave her time generously as a volunteer at Angora Gardens. Above all, her hope and resilience encouraged those she loved to always “Dream on,” and her spirit will live on in the family traditions she created and the close bonds she so lovingly maintained.

She is survived by her step-father, John Robertson; her children, Montanna Morgan, Robert Morgan, Justin Gass, and Sydney Gass; her grandchildren, Skyler, Caedyn, and Ryker Morgan; her sisters, Claudia Beerbower and Debby Thir; and her nieces. In addition to her parents, Walter Thir and Marjorie (Glucs) Thir Robertson, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Thir.
