He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick J. Toole and Margaret R. Toole (Nichols); and his siblings, John Toole, Robert Toole and Mary Toole.

He is survived by: his children, Daniel Upton, Maxwell Perry, Ethan Joseph and Kolby Liam Toole; the mother of his children Jennifer; and his siblings, James Toole, Frederick Toole, Lawrence Toole, Mathew Toole, Andrew Toole, Margaret Aboldo, Claire Kirshner, Martha Fortin Katherine Chamberlain, Barbara Lane, Anne Cabrera and Joanna Toole. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home (1328 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02888). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rita's Church (722 Oakland Beach Ave, Warwick, RI 02889).
