Daniel Martinez

Daniel Jacob Martinez, age 60, of Santa Fe, New Mexico, passed away on January 29, 2026. Born on July 6, 1965, to Ike and Paula Martinez, he carried a deep faith in God throughout his life, drawing strength from it and embracing the values of grace, forgiveness, and hope.

A loving father, Daniel is remembered for his warm spirit, his ready smile, and his genuine affection for his family. He was handy with his hands, cherished his trucks, and found joy in helping others. Though life’s circumstances sometimes created distance, the love he held for his parents and his only child, Nicole, remained sincere and meaningful. Full of love and laughter, he touched the lives of those around him with his kind heart and steadfast belief in God.

He is survived by his daughter, Nicole (Alan); his grandson, Noah; his granddaughter, Olivia; his brother and sisters; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who knew him. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Ike and Paula Martinez, and his brother, Ike Martinez.

He will be remembered in love by his daughter.
