Daniel Maiorana

Daniel Maiorana of Mentor, Ohio passed away on March 9, 2026. The son of Mary (Petrony) and Mario Maiorana of Youngstown, Ohio, he was raised with a strong emphasis on education and organization. Known affectionately as a “neat freak” by his daughter, he brought care and precision to everything he did.

He found joy in old movies, travel, the companionship of dogs, and evenings spent playing pinochle.

Dan is survived by his daughter, Noelle and her husband, Joe Severini, his beloved fur grandchildren, his nieces Janet (Jeff) Painter and Joan (Jeff) Maiorana, and his great-nephew Alex Banicki. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Rosemarie Conway, and his brothers Salvatore Maiorana and Anthony Maiorana.
