Daniel Baldry ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Dahl Funeral Chapel - Billings on Mar. 12, 2026.Daniel Jay Baldry, 67, of Billings, MT passed away on March 6, 2026 at Yellowstone River Nursing and Rehabilitation surrounded by family. He was born November 15, 1958 in Wolfpoint, Montana to Alvin (Buck) and Elaine Baldry. He was the third of four siblings.He moved from Wolfpoint to Bozeman, MT in 1968. After three years the family moved to Billings and eventually his mom and dad bought a farm out in Ballantine. Attending schools in Wolfpoint, Bozeman and Billings. He married Tammy Griffin Degele on December 31, 1987.Dan held several different jobs but his favorite was truck driving. He spent many hours fishing and rafting, especially in White Sulphur with his dog Ernie.He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his stepson, Josh (Mandy) of Kalispell, his daughter Allie (Keven) Schmalz of Brookfield, Missouri, his son Jacob (Mariana) of Billings, five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his siblings Darrell, Marcae and Carla.A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
