Daniel Dean Roberts

Daniel Dean Roberts, 63, of Colorado, passed away on February 26, 2026. Born on August 28, 1962, Dan lived a life marked by independence, loyalty, and a deep appreciation for music and friendship.

He graduated from high school in 1980 and dedicated many years of service to the City of Minneapolis, where he was known for his strong work ethic and quiet dependability. Later, he made his home in Colorado, finding joy in the beauty of the mountains and in time spent with close friends. Music remained one of his greatest passions, serving as the soundtrack to his life through concerts, quiet evenings at home, and sharing favorite songs with those around him.

Dan never married and had no children, but he found companionship and comfort in his beloved pets over the years, including his bird Izzy and a loyal dog who was by his side for many years.

He is survived by his mother, Velma H. Rierson; his brother, Scott A. Roberts; and his sister, Sheryl L. Bock. He was preceded in death by his father, William J. Roberts. Dan will be remembered for his love of music, his enduring friendships, and the quiet, steady presence he brought to the lives of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
