Daniel B. Potochniak, of Topton, Pennsylvania, and formerly of Schnecksville, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on June 2, 1941, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Daniel was a devoted husband and father whose work as a software programmer left a lasting mark in the field of data management.
He is survived by his two children, Steven Potochniak and Linda Slimm, and five grandchildren. Daniel was predeceased by his wife, Nancy T. (Twining) Potochniak, and by his parents, John and Anna (Firmanick) Potochniak.
Those who knew him will remember the quiet dedication he brought to his work and the love he held for his family. Daniel will be deeply missed and warmly remembered by all who had the privilege to know him.
