Danaylee R. Visser
January 9, 2002— March 7, 2026
Louisville, KY
Danaylee R. “Naylee” Visser, a radiant spirit who brought joy to everyone who knew her, passed away on March 7, 2026, in Louisville, the city of her birth on January 9, 2002. Naylee was a cherished daughter, sister, and friend, known for her huge heart and unwavering dedication to those she loved.
She attended Wilt Elementary, Moore Traditional School, and graduated from Fern Creek High School. Naylee worked in the hospitality industry at Subway and Chili’s, where her dedication and sense of humor made every shift brighter for those around her. She found deep joy in caring for her beloved dogs, Reese, Rocko, and Hydro, cutting grass, drawing, and spending peaceful time at Big Rock Park among the butterflies and flowers she adored. Her colorful spirit was reflected in her love of neon green and light purple, and she carried a playful, fun-loving nature that earned her the affectionate childhood nickname “Joe Dirt.”
Naylee is survived by her loving father, George “Steven” Visser; sister, Alexis Visser; brother, Josh Thompson; niece, Lydia Thompson; nephew, Layton Thompson; great-aunt, Charlotte Goins; her loyal dogs, Reese, Rocko, and Hydro; aunts, uncles, and cousins; special friend, Dawson; and a host of family and friends. She joins her beloved mother, Kathleen Visser; grandfather, George C. Visser; grandmother, Carolyn Ann Visser; grandfathers, Frank M. Stewart and George C. Visser; grandmother, Kathleen E. Feldhaus Stewart; and uncle, Billy Visser.
Though her time with us was far too brief, Naylee’s vibrant spirit, warm laughter, and nurturing heart remain etched in the memories of all who loved her.
