Dale Fishel

We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2026, at the age of 82, Dale Fishel of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin and Ethel; his stepfather William Griffith; his siblings, Richard Fishel, Melvin Fishel Jr. (Richard Fishel) and Joyce Simpson; and his stepson Michael Souders.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Fishel (Souders); his stepchildren, Melissa Scheidler, Michelle Dressler and Anthony Souders; his sisters, Evelyn Reed, Lois "Shrimp" Burger and Judie Updike (Fishel); and his siblings' children, Jodi Bakner, Terry Atkins, Joa Fleshman and Steve Owens. He is also survived by 5 grand children, 6 great-grand children and several great nieces.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hooper Memorial Home Inc. (3532 Walnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17109). A burial will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
