Cynthia Rae Gregory

Cynthia Rae Gregory, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away on March 12, 2026, at the age of 77. She was born on September 19, 1948, in Vincennes, Indiana, to Wesley and Josephine Stevens.

Cynthia devoted more than 40 years to caring for others as a registered nurse at Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Colleagues and patients alike remembered her for her compassion, steady dedication, and the genuine care she extended to everyone she served. In her free time, she found joy in traveling, hiking, and savoring quiet evenings on the porch with a cup of coffee, watching the sunset. Yet nothing brought her greater happiness than being surrounded by her family, whom she cherished deeply.

She is survived by her husband, Doyle Gregory Jr.; her daughter, Angie Trinkle and husband, Art; her son, Chris Alcorn and wife, Melissa; four grandchildren, Gage Trinkle, Brody Trinkle, Jacob Alcorn and wife, Lauren, and Joshua Alcorn; two sisters, Denise Loveless and husband, Gary, and Gina Smith; and two brothers, Nick Stevens and Jeff Stevens and wife, Jennifer. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Josephine Stevens, and by her first husband and the father of her children, Donnie Alcorn.
