Cynthia H. “Cindy” LeVan

Cynthia H. “Cindy” LeVan, 63, of Celina, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2026, at Kessler Estates Senior Living in Lima.

Born on September 7, 1962, in St. Marys, Ohio, to James and Doris (Eschenbrenner) Glass, Cindy graduated from Celina High School in 1981. She retired from CAPT in Celina after 21 years of dedicated service and was a longtime member of Celina Presbyterian Church. On May 19, 2015, she married Timothy W. LeVan, having shared their lives together since 2001.

Cindy is survived by her loving mother, Doris Glass of Celina; her children, Heather Hinkle of Houston, Texas, and Tony (Rose) Randolph of Lima; her stepchildren, Jeremy (Jackie) LeVan of Manassas, Virginia, and Joshua (Rebecca) LeVan of Bellefontaine; three grandchildren and three step-grandchildren; and her siblings, Catherine (Bill) McAllister of Fostoria and Dennis Glass of Celina.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Glass; her stepdaughter, Ashley LeVan; and her step-granddaughter, Riley LeVan.

Cindy found joy in watching NASCAR races and attending events at Eldora Speedway. She especially cherished riding on their Harley-Davidson motorcycle with her husband Tim and cheering for the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Bengals.
