Cynthia Anne "Cindy" Tulkki

Cynthia "Cindy" Anne Tulkki, age 75, of Otsego, Minnesota, passed away on March 5, 2026. She was born on February 11, 1951, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Roy and Mildred "Minty" (Korbi) Koivisto, and was raised in Esko.

Cindy had a deep love of genealogy. She spent countless hours researching family histories, taking photographs, and transforming her findings into beautiful scrapbooks. She touched the lives of many through her gift for storytelling, often delivered in a lighthearted and memorable way.

Cindy is survived by her husband of forty-six years, Gene; her daughter, Nichole (Darren) Wuollet; her son, Phillip (Kayli) Tulkki; nine grandchildren, Abigail, Gage, Logan, Anna, Mya, Vienna, Jayde, Leo, and Sawyer; and her siblings, Diana (Greg) Fuller, Mike (Kathy) Koivisto, and Karen Merdan. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Claudia Lowell and Brad Koivisto.
