Crystal Ann Meister, born on January 20, 1978, in Massillon, Ohio, passed away on March 8, 2026. A proud graduate of Canton South High School, Class of 1996, she remained deeply connected to her community throughout her life. Crystal worked for several respected organizations, including Coleman Data Solutions, Shuttle One Limo, Penske, and Alliance Imaging. In recent years she found purpose and independence as a reseller, an endeavor that reflected her resourceful and entrepreneurial spirit.
She brought warmth and joy to those around her through her love of couponing and her special fondness for cows, small passions that captured her playful and lighthearted nature. Above all, Crystal cherished her family and friends. She found her greatest fulfillment in her roles as a devoted wife, mother, sister, and aunt, offering steady love and support to those closest to her.
She is survived by her loving husband, Gregory Meister; son, Nick Meister; daughter, Danyele Meister; father, Joe (Kelly) Hosner; brother, Cory (Lea) Hosner; sister, Maggie (Chris) Chapanar; uncle, Hans Englehaupt; and mother-in-law, Brenda Meister. Crystal was preceded in death by her mother, Kim Englehaupt; her brother, Danny Englehaupt; her father-in-law, William Meister; her grandfather, Al (Lucy) Hosner; her grandmother, Nellie Englehaupt; and her faithful companion, Sissy.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her, carried forward by the love, kindness, and dedication to family that defined her life.
