Cruz B. Garcia

Cruz Belen Garcia, 96, of Kissimmee, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2026, at home with her family by her side.

Belen was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was centered on family, love, and quiet strength. She was the beloved wife of the late Macario Garcia, with whom she shared many years of marriage and a lifetime of memories.

Belen leaves behind her loving children: Inocente (Alba) Garcia, Mario Garcia, German Garcia, Rogelio Garcia, Marta Garcia, Amanda (Preeda) Boonjathai, Isabelle (Eugene) Rider, Ruth Levin, and Mayra (Harry Pueyo) Garcia, as well as 16 grandchildren and 11 greatgrandchildren.

Her family finds peace in knowing that Belen’s little angels who went before her — her son, Armando; an unnamed daughter; and her daughter, Carmen Mirian — are now welcoming her into heaven.

Belen’s love lives on in the family she cherished so deeply. Though her passing leaves a great emptiness, her memory will remain in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, and all who were blessed to know her.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 18, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Warren Funeral Home, Cemetery & Mausoleum, 1475 N. Cemetery Road, Gurnee, IL 60031. Private funeral services will be held with family.
