She was born in Owensboro, KY on December 30, 1976. Courtney was a member of Restorations Church, a graduate of Breckinridge County High School Class of 1995 and a graduate of Mr. Jim's College of Cosmetology. She was the co-founder of New Image Salon as well as owner and operator of The Parlor and Studio T. During this time, Courtney made many friendships and experienced so many events in the lives of her customers – births, deaths, weddings, new homes and day to day happenings.She has been a realtor with Farm and Home Realty for the past 6 years. As in her previous position, she has made many friends and has enjoyed helping get families in forever homes. This also peaked an interest in Real Estate Law.When she had free time, she enjoyed boating and spending time with her children, grandchildren and her dog Howie. Outdoors was her favorite place to be.Courtney is preceded in death by her mother Judi Catron Taul and her grandparents Tom and Ann Catron, Sherman and Margaret Taul.She is survived by her children: Kolby Huffines (Danielle) of Hardinsburg, KY and Mia Walden (Alex Lucas) of Fordsville, KY3 grandchildren: Raelynn, Reid and Ryder HuffinesFather: Stacy Taul of Hardinsburg, KYBrother: Colter Taul of Hardinsburg, KYMany aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and their families.Funeral services will be held at Restorations Church on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 1 PM under the direction of Trent-Dowell Funeral Home.
