He was predeceased by: his father Michael Patrick. He is survived by: his mother Tracy Patrick (Hildebrand); his sons, Ethan and Cason; his brothers, Bryan Patrick (Krista) and Caleb; and his siblings' children, Riley, Nolan and Stella. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hope Evangelical Free Church (5656 Elevator Rd, Roscoe, IL 61073). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
