Connie Sue Willett

Connie Sue Willett, 79, of Washington and formerly of Hannibal, Missouri, passed away on March 11, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family and best friend. Born on January 18, 1947, in Hannibal, she was the daughter of Douglas and Doris Rhodes Lieurance.

Connie dedicated 56 years of her life to her work at Hannibal Regional Hospital, where her strong work ethic and caring nature touched many. After retiring, she moved to Washington to be near her daughter and to help care for her great-grandson, a role that brought her profound joy. She cherished the simple pleasures of reading, listening to music, shopping, and taking car rides, but nothing meant more to her than the time spent with her loved ones.

She is survived by her daughter, Tisha Hartmann of Seattle, Washington; her sister, Donna Lieurance of Hannibal; her brother, Robert Lieurance of Wentzville; her granddaughter, Brooklynn Hartmann; and her great-grandson, Julian. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Center Cemetery with Pastor Randy McDonald officiating.
