Connie Marie Bratcher

Connie Marie Bratcher, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and nurse, passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 72. Born in London, Ontario, Canada, on July 23, 1953, she moved to the United States in December 1991, where she built a life centered on family and compassionate care for others.

Connie earned an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse at Covenant Hospital, where she cared for patients with dedication and warmth until her retirement in March 2001. She married David Bratcher on June 2, 2001. She is survived by her daughter, Nicole Baker-Thompson, her son, T. J. Baker, her step-son, Casey Bratcher, her step-daughter, Jamie Mendez, and her sister, Carrie Bilyea. Connie found her greatest joy in her eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, especially during holidays when she created lasting memories filled with love and laughter.

Connie was preceded in death by Alvin Bilyea and Rose Bilyea. She will be remembered as a woman whose kindness, adventurous spirit, and nurturing heart left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
