Connie Carpenter Horn

Connie Carpenter Horn, age 80, passed away on March 6, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital–East in Memphis, Tennessee.

Born on October 31, 1945, in Moscow, Tennessee, to the late Raymond Carpenter and Ruth Buffalo Henry, Connie devoted her life to her family. She cherished her role as a loving wife and mother above all else, taking great pride in caring for her home and always placing the needs of her loved ones before her own.

She is survived by her three daughters, Hope Nance (Jeff), Charity Beville, and Faith Lester (Mike); nine grandchildren, Brock Yarbro (Diane), Adam Yarbro (Christy), John Denniston (Allison), Christy Dover (Bryan), Drake Bailey, Micah Beville, Noah Beville, Savannah Beville, and Ainsley Beville; and fourteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Horn; her parents, Raymond Carpenter and Ruth Henry; one sister, Annie Ruth Lax; one brother, Clyde Brown Carpenter; and one great-grandchild, Olivia Harchfield.
