He is survived by: his wife Debra Johnson of Arlington, Texas; his children, Zanetta Johnson of Arlington, Texas, Darrik Johnson (Haley) of Grand Prairie and Joshua Johnson (Amber) of Arlington, Texas; his grandchildren, Dominic, Lyric, Joel, Londyn, Aria and Julianna; and his siblings, Joey, Jelita, Kathy, Margie, Karen and Toki. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Potter's House of Fort Worth (1270 Woodhaven Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76112).
