Palmer, 90, of Southington, died Friday, March 13, 2026, at her home after an illness.She was born in Coalport, Pennsylvania, the daughter of William and Mary Maloney. She was a 1953 valedictorian graduate of B.C.I. High School in Pennsylvania. Colleen was devoted to her family and will be missed by everyone who knew her.Her husband, Donald L. Palmer, whom she married December 24, 1955, died in 1998.Survivors include two sons, Dale Palmer of Warren and Gregg Palmer of Wellston, Tennessee, and a daughter, Cara (Darryl) McIntosh of Bristolville.She also leaves five grandsons, Matthew Palmer, Mark Palmer of Warren, Daniel Palmer of Warren, Kyle McIntosh of Columbus, and Adam Palmer of South Bend, Indiana.She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, Connor, Nolan, Molly, and Noah David, and by her sister, Jeannette (John) Johnson of Virginia.She was preceded in death by her parents, her spouse, a daughter, Gale, and brothers William, Patrick, and Jerry.A private service will be held at a later date.Arrangements are entrusted to the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, 962 North Road NE, Warren, Ohio 44483, 330- 394-6200.
