Cody Vincent Lambert

Cody Vincent “Vince” Lambert, 29, of Albion, Illinois, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Carle Richland Hospital in Olney, Illinois.

Born on April 8, 1996, in Guatemala, to Curtis and Rosemary (Pettijohn) Lambert, Vince grew up in the Edwards County area, attending Albion Grade School and Edwards County High School. He worked as a salesman at GNC. He was known for his funny personality, big heart, and stubborn spirit. Vince had a gift for making people laugh and bringing light into any room he entered.

In his free time, he enjoyed going to the gym, listening to music, playing video games, watching comedy or anime, and spending time with family and friends. He also loved art and tattoos. More than anything, Vince cherished being an uncle and shared a very special bond with his grandmother, who held a deeply important place in his heart. He will be profoundly missed by his parents, who loved him very much.

Vince is survived by his parents, Curtis and Rosemary Lambert; his sister, Pamela Lambert; his beloved niece, Jaysley; and his fur baby, Mittens.
