Clinton Harrell
Passed March 5, 2026
Upper Pittsgrove, NJ
Clinton “Clint” Harrell, 68, of Upper Pittsgrove, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
Born in Elmer, Clint was the son of the late Council Ennis Jr. and Barbara Sickler Harrell. He graduated from Camden County Vocational Technical School in 1975 with a degree in welding and devoted his working life to the family business, C. Harrell Trucking. Beginning as a truck driver and mechanic, he later became owner and operator, carrying forward the enterprise with a strong work ethic and quiet pride.
Clint’s lifelong passion for racing led him to sponsor and own the C. Harrell #35 Big Block Modified, a car well known at local tracks. An avid NASCAR follower, he planned much of his year around the racing schedule. After retiring, he found new joy working alongside his wife, Stacey, at their flower farm, Slabtown Petal Pickers. He remained a loyal Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan, cheering for his teams each season.
A man of deep faith, Clint lived with kindness, humility, and an unwavering commitment to family. He faced his final year’s health challenges with strength and grace, supported by those who loved him. Above all, he was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who cherished simple moments at the track, watching games, and being surrounded by family. He is survived by his loving wife, Stacey (née Ambruster); his children, Katie Sutton and her husband, Ethan, and Matthew Harrell and his wife, Valerie; his sister, Barbara Kincaid and her husband, Winfield, and their son, Jason; and his cherished grandchildren, Clinton Cade Harrell, Lily, and Roman, along with many extended family members and dear friends.
