Clifford Phillip Bidwell

Clifford Phillip Bidwell, 82, a lifelong resident of Athens, TN passed away early Monday morning, March 16, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Athens, TN on May 9, 1943 a son of the Luddie and Maggie Bidwell. He enjoyed collecting, watching tv and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Sally Bidwell, one granddaughter McKenzie Biddwell, sisters Juanita Bidwell, Carolyn Bidwell and Barbara Jean Bidwell.

Clifford leaves behind to cherish his memory six children Angie Vroglin (Rodney), Randy Bidwell (Vickie), David Bidwell, Lou Childs (Carson), Gene Biddwell (Jennifer) and Sandy Velazquez, two sisters Mary Massengill (Ernie) and Louise Randolph (Nickey), several cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
