Clifford “Biff” Jess Toogood, 83, of Whitehall Borough, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 3, 2026. Born on September 17, 1942, he was the son of Clifford G. Toogood and Elizabeth (Haenze) Toogood. Biff served his country as a proud veteran of the United States Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his brother, Brad Toogood of Clinton, Pennsylvania; his children, Christine (Daniel) Fett Toogood, Michelle (George) Steck Toogood, and Tim (Dyan) Toogood; and his grandchildren, Rachel and Jessica.
At Biff’s request, there will be no services at this time.
