He was born September 17, 1942 to Clifford G. Toogood and Elizabeth (Haenze) Toogood. Biff was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and served during the Korean War.He is survived by his brother Brad Toogood of Clinton, PA; his children Christine (Daniel) Fett Toogood, Michelle (George) Steck Toogood, and Tim (Dyan) Toogood; grandchildren Rachel and Jessica.At Biff's request there will be no services at this time.
